True indepth RPG with hours upon hours of gameplay

Strengths: Nice graphics, HUGE gameworld to explore, contains both expansion packs all for the same price

Weakness: Combat is a little spotty, some of the graphics look weird, and glitches in some spots

Let's say one thing first: If you want to play this game be prepared to invest some time. If you're already thinking about it, you probably already know what's up. But if not, this game isn't a casual pick up and play. Morrowind itself contains about 200+ hours of gameplay if you really do everything you can. This, the "Game of the Year" edition contains the expansion packs "Tribunal" and...

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year...

Strengths: Huge RPG, Probably 100+ hours of gameplay, great music, tons of replayability

Weakness: Not for RPG beginners. The guide book is almost a must to enjoy the game.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind -- Game of the Year Edition is a massive RPG for the Xbox (which has been rather light on the RPG's). This is the superior version of the game to get for the Xbox as it includes the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions as well. The game is open ended and you can roam wherever you please, but its tough to get into the game and without a guide book its tough to figure...

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year...

Strengths: great game play, huge map, freedom in quests, graphics

Weakness: none

This is a great game for those that like to do their own thing. The freedom given in this game makes this game what it is. I started to play this game because a friend recommended it to me. I was surprised at how detailed the graphics were and how i didn't have to follow a set story. I just returned this game to my friend and purchased it. This is one game I will keep in my collection.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year...

Strengths: Three games in one, open-ended design, plenty of things to do, challenging

Weakness: Difficult to the first-time RPG gamer, some prefer a structured RPG than a free-form one, expansion packs aren't separately available

If you didn't purchase Morrowind for the XBox yet, this is definately the one to get. This one has all the content of the first release of Morrowind, though adds into it with the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansion packs, which gives an amazing amount of content for your purchase. However, if you've purchased Morrowind already, you can't get the two expansion packs separately and the tradein value...

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year...

Strengths: Open-ended PC style RPG on Xbox, includes Tribunal and Bloodmoon PC content expansions, seemingly endless areas to explore and people to meet, 100+ hours of game play

Weakness: Dated graphics, limited voice acting (and lots of reading), many console RPG players won't like the lack of structure and nonlinear story

The original Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind was one of the first RPGs released for Xbox, and it's pretty much a straight port of the PC original. Long, open-ended and lacking the full motion video cutscenes and scripted storyline of many Japanese RPGs, Morrowind is a PC role playing game through and through. The pace is much slower than most console RPGs, but the depth and complexity is much higher....

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year...

Strengths: hughe lanscape monsters good graphics very imaginitive. Alaows you to play any path light or dark.

Weakness: shadows are gliched to easy to steal things. Low level monsters are to hard for beginners. to comlicated to rase level.

morrowind is a very hard game. I had to buy the morrowind prophecies, just to get any where. Races where imaginitive. In all morrowind is a very hard game. Worth the challenge of any gammer who want to play a game that is going to take a while to beat.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year...

Strengths: The longevity of this game is it's biggest strength.

Weakness: You sort-of get lost in this game because of the lack of a journal or a game log.

Morrowind is one of the best xbox role playing games to date. I highly recommend it because it will give you many hours of enjoyment. The game is really open ended and you will spend countless hours wandering around in the giant world rescuing people, killing things, etc. This version improves on the original version by adding health bars for the enemies amongst other things, and it also adds a...

.

Strengths: high replay value, many NPCs to talk to

Weakness: N64-like graphics

If you're a big fan of role-playing games and also third person action and exploration, you'll really like "Morrowind: Game of The Year Edition". This version is a huge upgrade from the previous Morrowind game, because it adds two new lands for you to explore: Mournhold, the capital city of the entire game and Solstheim, the lonely, snow-covered island teeming with bears and were -wolves. In the...

this is an awsome game!

Strengths: this game has extended game play, and vbetter maps.

Weakness: none

I really liked this game, it was like freedom in my own living room. this game is also better than the original because this game has an extended map area. The original only has Vvardenfel but the game of the year also has Mournhold, and Solstime. So I personally thought that this game was pretty cool!!!!

Excellent RPG

Strengths: Open ended, hours and hours of play time

Weakness: Can be too open ended for some, graphics not as good as on PC

Possibly the best RPG game created. Huge world that is free to roam. Seeminly endless side quests. Can get lost in side quests and miss the main quest; not recomended for those who do not like RPG's or only like linear RPGs. Loads of weapons, spells, armor, and items. Excellent sound and graphics, though not as good as the PC. Best RPG on XBOX.

Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

If you're in need of a decent RPG on the Xbox, Morrowind is just the thing to cure your role-playing itch. The world is massive and there are a ton of things to do. There is a lot of information to absorb before you can really enjoy it, however, so if you aren't very patient or don't like the more tedious aspects of RPGs, Morrowind probably isn't for you. If you can invest the time to really...

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition

When The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind came out on the Xbox last year, it wowed gamers by offering a huge open-ended world, excellent graphics and stellar gameplay. Now, Bethesda Softworks is releasing Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition. However, instead of offering the same game for a cheaper price and maybe a snazzier box, Bethesda is going one beyond and releasing the game with both of the PC...
