NFL Fever 2004 for Xbox

Strengths: Great graphics, great online play, fast action, diverse play calling modes, very good AI

Weakness: Odd voice acting, not-so-helpful coach advice,

Microsoft's 2004 football title does online play extremely well, and looks good doing it. NFL Fever 2004 has had some nice upgrades from past games, and it shows off in the graphics. The player models look great, with real faces used on the players, and the rest of the graphics match up. Strengths: Graphics

Weakness: Gameplay

The graphics are decent in this title. The players look really good. The problem with this one is the controls. Passing seems too easy, and the controls just don't seem to work with the Xbox controller. I hope they fix it for next years...

NFL Fever 2004 for Xbox

Strengths: Graphics

NFL Fever returns with the last installment of the series. With EA Sports picking up the liscene to NFL teams and players this is a farewell game for buyers. It is a solid game with superb graphics and excellent gameplay. Definately a great alternative for Madden fans.

NFL Fever 2004

Let's just get this out of the way: NFL Fever is not a great football game. It has too many problems in too many areas to be a threat to any of the big boys of the digital gridiron. Its single-player mode can be frustrating, the player models are lumpy and odd looking, and the on-the-field gameplay achieves the impressive feat of feeling both too slow and too fast at the same time.

On a single play you'll see every player on the field go through sequences that begin like slo-mo underwater ballet, suddenly give way to rapid fire movement that looks like something from an old episode of Benny Hill and back again.
