Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles GameCube

Strengths: fun to play as turtles, cool graphics

Weakness: no 4 player mode, annoying camera, simple level design

Not a bad start for the turtles for this generation, but this game could have been alot better. First off, it's natural for us to think that we would be able to play four player multiplayer with this one but that is not the case. Only 2 players can play at a time. The gameplay is also relatively simple and the level design is pretty basic. It is a nice getaway though if you are a fan on the TMNT.

Half shell? Half baked.

Strengths: Looks great. Good use of Turtles. Good production values.

Weakness: Boring. Limited move list. Hack, slash, repeat.

Remember the old hack and slash arcade games? There was even a TMNT game. This is like that, brought into the current generation. Unfortunately, someone forgot to include the gameplay. The nicest thing I can say is that it looks great. This is a perfect property for cel-shading. It looks cartooney but not flat, and it animates well. Just watching the Turtles will probably give you the most...

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles GameCube

Strengths: Turtle game

Weakness: Not nearly as good as the 16 bit Turtle games

I love the Ninja Turtles and this hurts bad to trash this game. Unfortunatly, this game is not nearly as fun as the classic TMNT games. They try to make the game 3-d with horrible results. The camera is 3/4 overhead which is the easy way. I hope the next TMNT game is more of a traditional adventure game with steath and fighting elements. I love TMNT, but hate this game. I would give it a 1 star,...

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

If I invested all the quarters I plopped into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade games -- especially the incredible Turtles in Time -- I'd ... well, I wouldn't be writing this review because I'd be too rich to work. But instead of investing thousands of quarters in tech stocks, I played the games. It's easy to understand why; those coin-op classics featured addictive gameplay, sweet graphics,...

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

It's been a while since we've been able to kick some shell with four giant, ninjitsu wielding, turtles. Spawned in 1984 by a healthy dose of green ooze and two hardworking artists, Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, the Mutant Ninja Turtles started a nationwide craze. These rat educated turtles popularized words like cowabunga, radical, and totally tubular. Everything from animated series, toys,...
