Highly Recommended

Strengths: Size, battery life, wireless range.

Weakness: None, really.

When purchasing this controller I almost opted for a wired version, thinking I'd save a few dollars and avoid the hassle of battery replacement and wireless range. What a mistake that would have been! Thanks to the auto-shutoff feature, I've played this thing for several months now and I'm still on the original set of batteries. Wireless range/reception has not been an issue at all; I can play...

Awesome Controller!!!

Strengths: Very Smooth. No lag. Awesome design. Better than most wired guitars!!! Awesome Range!

Weakness: None.

This guitar controller is absolutely awesome. It doesn't feel like the wired guitars at all. It's better. The buttons are smoother and so is the strumming. It makes for an awesome playing experience. This thing has awesome range! After jumping around, wire free, rocking to guitar hero, I have yet to lose connection. It does take 3 AAA batteries but it has an autoshut off button if the guitar is...

Guitar Hero Wireless Guitar from Activision

Strengths: It works, it is wireless

Weakness: Overpriced, buttons get un-calibrated once in a while

My son got PS2 Guitar Hero2 game only as gift, no controller. So I bought cheap one first. But it was bad, buttons got stuck, it didn't keep calibration and finaly "wammy" stick broke and was returned to the store. If I had a chance, I would buy wired guitar but they are not available, so I decided to get this one. It is built with decent quality. Buttons do not stuck. Sometimes my son complains...

Activision bought over RedOctane

Strengths: BEST wireless guitar on the market

Weakness: Battery replacement, no stickers included

I purchased this guitar after reading many opinions. You will find the guitar listed as RedOctane or Activision, on the box it will have both companies. It's the white wireless one that you see in stores. I really like how it is lighter than the wired ones that come in the bundle. The wireless guitars included in GH3 (Gibson) aren't even as good as this one. The range is huge, I can play from...
