Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: fun fast paced game, many paint jobs, people jump out of your way, lots of stuff to run into, easy controls.

Weakness: the game sometimes freezes, only 2 cities, you can sometimes see right through some buildings(Union Station, you can see a break.)

One of the best driving games for Xbox, I would recommend it for anyone, who cares about cops, just turn them off,I haven't even played the first 2 but I do feel like I already knew how to play, very Project Gotham Racing like controls.

Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: Lots of fun, lots of cars and levels to unlock, great driving environment, multiplayer.

Weakness: Unless you're on Xbox Live, you'll eventually run out of stuff to do

I am not a driving fan. If it weren't for my five year old son, I wouldn't own a single driving game. But I think Midtown Madness 3 is great! It's a game that gives you a good driving experience, a terrific driving environment, and lots of incentives for playing. One thing: this is not Gran Turismo or Project Gotham Racing. There is a lot of racing in this game, and you do need to think about...

Another excellent racer for Xbox owners. . .

Strengths: Gorgeous graphics, detailed DC and Paris cities, lots of car customization options, online support, downloadable content, budget price

Weakness: Only two cities to explore, single player campaign ends all too quickly, only 30+ cars

Microsoft already took on the dirt in Rallisport Challenge, so they went to the other end of the spectrum (city racing) with Midtown Madness 3. Here you'll take on a variety of challengers through the detailed streets of Paris and Washington, DC. The maps for DC and Paris are quite detailed, so players familiar with either location will recognize a lot of landmarks. Unfortunately, you're only...

Fun game!!

Strengths: Graphics, it's not one of those games that you play it once and your board, hours and hours of fun, it takes pretty long to beat.

Weakness: No PC version.

This game has been around for over two years now and it's still a great game. The graphic are very good even by today's standards. Undercover, blitz, and checkpoint are all the types of game play. Midtown Madness 3 is a lot of fun to play. Get it.

Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: Excellent graphics, custom soundtracks, multiple modes of play.

Weakness: The first few cars are very slow. Not many people playing online.

Midtown Madness 3 is a game developed by the same team that made the Rallisport Challenge series. This being said, Midtown Madness 3 is a quality racing game. The game consists of several modes of play. There are objective based mission modes like Taxi Driver and Delivery. There is also the Cruise mode where you can explore the 2 huge cities without having to race. This game was also one of the...

Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: A fun, light-hearted racing game with plenty of challenge and online modes.

Weakness: Not as in-depth as your Project Gothams and etc.

There are plenty of racing games out there for the Xbox, but many of the big ones just seem to take racing far too seriously (with the exception of Burnout). Midtown Madness is sternly focused on two things: fun and challenge. If you like racing, you'll probably have a really good time with this one. And, of course, you can take it online. There are no rankings, which means that people are more...

Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: XBL mutliplayer, nice graphics, fun gameplay

Weakness: Some screen glitches, limited replay value

Midtown Madness 3 is a fun arcade driving game. Not even close to a racing sim, this is a pure arcade driver, where you compete either against the computer, a human opponent, or on XBL for online multiplayer. There are numerous areas to drive around the city, avoiding pedestrians, police and other hazards along the way. The graphics look great, with the occasional hiccup, making the game nice to...

Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: Solid gameplay, fun, good graphics

This is a great game, especially for the $20 that I got it for. The cityscapes are breathtaking and there is very little draw-in. It's fun to play multiplayer, and the graphics really do come through on a big screen if you have the HDTV pack (the cityscapes are worth the $20 themselves).

Midtown Madness 3

Strengths: Amazing detail and size of city maps; interactive evironment (pedestrians, street signs, etc.); nice variety of play modes

Weakness: Police chase and bump you, but there is no penalty for "getting caught"

Midtown Madness 3 is a blast if you are looking for pure fun over realism and/or depth. It is a driving game, not a racing game -- even though some modes allow for competition against one (1) other person or the computer. Xbox Live is also supported. Even though the environment is very detailed and interactive, more could have been done. For example, city maintenance and fire vehicles could be...

Midtown Madness 3 (xbox)

The Midtown Madness series was close to becoming an institution with PC gamers -- but since Microsoft shifted focus to the Xbox, it's now a console franchise, and it makes a good one. Angel Studios, the originators of the series, have since been subsumed into the gaping maw of Rockstar based on their success with the Midnight Club games, and Microsoft has handed the franchise to DICE, a...

Midtown Madness 3 (xbox)

You'd think with games like GTA III and Vice City driving the market that huge, organic cityscapes would have become commonplace in the world of videogames. But they haven't. Since Vice City, attempts at creating such large-scale working worlds have paled in comparison. Enter Midtown Madness 3. Although it is a much different experience than Vice City, MM3 offers some of the most fleshed-out game...

‘Watch out!" The pedestrian dives out of the way as your Honda jumps the curb, ploughs through a mailbox and careens back out on the roadway. Ah, just another day at the office, working undercover and driving a car on surreptitious assignments throughout Paris and Washington, D.C. Dice and Microsoft Game Studios are teaming up for the release of Midtown Madness 3, a fast-paced thrill ride...
