Mission Impossible Operation Surma

Yes, I know. You're sorely disappointed that Tom Cruise didn't donate his likeness to this portable Mission: Impossible riff. But come on, the actor's exuberant licensing fees alone were probably bigger than the entire game's development budget. Besides, a hyper-pixilated movie star wouldn't have aided the proceedings one bit.

Operation Surma seems like it accomplished the impossible. Not only are its in-game graphics better than the shots on the back of the box, but the gameplay is filled with more tactical espionage depth than its competitors.
