Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Replay-ability, flexiblity, expandability.

Weakness: High hardware requirements.

If your looking for the next version of Diablo, move along. And anyone who compares it should be slapped. This isn't a silly 2D hack and slash game, this is a very good attempt to moving 3rd Ed Dungeons and Dragons from the kitchen table to the computer room. Of course there is a lot of "useless dialog", it's role playing! There is supposed to be character development, not just "Go to point A and...

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Very powerful multiplayer (the game was designed around mp after all), especially if you're a roleplayer.

Weakness: Somewhat buggy, especially with an ATI video card. Single player isn't the world's best. Rather high system requirements.

For anybody who is a fan of either dungeons & dragons or even the diablo series, this game will entertain you. There's something in here for everybody. You have a choice to play a simple 'hack and slash' game, to build up your character's strength, or you can immerse yourself into a world with a few friends and do some true roleplaying. Bioware left all the options open when they made this game....

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Graphics are sweet. Very large campaign. Large Inventory space. Spell casting Que during battle is useful

Weakness: Controls may be complex at first.

This game is a must buy for all RPGers and D&Ders! A large world to explore and interact with many NPCs. Interaction between Special NPCs and Regular NPCs with character is entertaining. I used a Wizard: Conjuror. It worked out great. Setting: Hardest. Strong henchman like Half-orc. Fairy for Familiar (to open all locks and find traps). You can focus on your offensive and summoning spells....

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Nice graphics to go with my new Gforce4TI 4600

Weakness: Can get hard at times, and you have to stall for 20 min,

Over all, this is a great game, it will keep you at the edge of your seat. And when you beat it, its the best feeling in the world, well it was for me, spending hours of my free time playing. But if your one of those peeps out there still using your Gforce2, I don't recommend this game to you, cause this was made for the Gforce4, and if you haven't bought a video card in that long, then buy a new...

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Exellent GFX and Editor. Simple learning curve for both the single player game controls and the Aurora ToolSet.

Weakness: need to get the Versus Book "World Builder" to get more instruction on "How-To" in the Toolset. No documentation or online help for toolset. Load each segment of an adventure.

Over all this is THE RPG! If you like Forgotten Realms and Dungeons and Dragons this is the game! Once you get used to the menu system and hot key commands you can move seemlessly throughout a level casting spells and fighting. Transition from one area to another is but moments (sometimes annoying) on a 1GHz AMD-Thunderbird,512MB RAM, GEforce3-TI128. There's nothing like a game that you can play...

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Excellent graphics, awesome and easy to use editer, full game realism (the arrows miss and stick in walls, the enemy blocks you sword blows etc) and or course full customizable character

Weakness: none

Best and most beautiful rpg ive ever played in my life. Even an idiot can learn how to use the editor basics in 1 hour of less. The game is supplied with a great story line that takes you in and twists the plot. It comes with 6 chapters 60 hours of gameplay and total FREEDOM. You don't have to do it, but what happens when you do? type game

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Very nice balance in the game. Nice graphics.

Weakness: Requires alot of hardware power. Would not recommend it to you with average computers for example 800 mhz and lower with an average graphics card...

This is probably one of the coolest games I've played. It has got alot better balance than for example Dungeon Siege, all characters/races have different strenghts and weaknesses which gives the game another dimension. For example a Fighter is strong in Melee as well as Ranged weapons (not as good as a ranger though) but can't use magic and rely on brute force to get things done. That's why you...

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Wicked Graphics, Awesome items that change with each one, whether it be in color or shape & detail, ITS ACTUALLY DIFFICULT!

Weakness: Somewhat of a weak story line, Load Times, new Downloads all the time on Multiplayer, too short

The graphics are second to none in NWN, though some are kind of blocky. The puzzles in this game are truly puzzling and no simpleton should be left alone in the room with it for an extended sitting. The game is actually dificult! Finally, a game that actually takes you a while to defeat the bosses and level up and get items! unlike other games *Cough--Diablo 2!!* that level you extremely quick...

Atari Neverwinter Nights

Strengths: Fun...Maybe at first.

Weakness: Sometimes I wish guns had been invented to shoot those people's mouth closed!!! Stupid, idiotic, meaningless, dumb, pointless conversations. Conversations are too long. THE BIGGIE!!!!!!!!!! TOO MUCH

(continued from above... and yes... it sucked this much)REPETITION!!! I keep on doing the same things over and over again. I die way too quickly, my guy seems to suck forever, he never gets better. Takes too long to advance through levels. Boring story line. I get stuck everywhere I go. INSANE INSANE INSANE price $65.00!!! Takes too long to get started. I was bored of everything this game had to...

Neverwinter Nights

One of the oldest questions in history is, What came first, the chicken or the egg? One of the oldest answers to that question was given by Aristotle, who stated that it was, in fact, the chicken. The philosopher postulated that while a chicken is an actual chicken, an egg is potential chicken. Since actuality always precedes potentiality, the chicken came first.

Neverwinter Nights

"Hold up!" Tomi Undergallows moves forward quickly. The floor panels are overlaid in red, meaning that section of the floor contains a trap. Tomi kneels down beside the panels, his hands working quickly. There is a click. The trap has been disarmed. It would be easy to say it is safe to move forward, but you know that danger lurks just around the next corner. The choice to proceed slowly is taken...
