Strengths: it's an easier controller than the original xbox gamepad

Weakness: slow response-time, not heavy enough.

if you are a fast player, this may not be the right one that you're looking for. It's an ok stick-controller over all. It's needed to play street fighter style games. This doesn't have the right-stick pad. You can't use it to scroll down the command list for capcom vs street fighter 2.

Strengths: Makes gaming (at least the old arcade style games) easier to play since we are used to the joystick platform.

Weakness: Not quite heavy enough to stay put when playing.

I like the arcade stick much better than the game pads that come with the XBox console. When playing Ms. PacMan, this arcade stick responds much better than the game pads. I definitely would recommend this to the old-time gamers.

Weakness: Base not heavy enough to stay planted. Not sensitive enough when executing moves in fighting games. Cheap.

I bought this stick to play Street Fighter II and other fighting games. Unfortunately, the base is not substantial enough to stay in place when executing moves. It is simply not heavy enough. It moves around when trying to execute moderately difficult moves (fireball, dragon punch). The stick clicks in each of its eight directions. Xbox Arcade Stick

Strengths: Arcade style layout, large buttons and comfortable controller.

Weakness: Not usefull for all game types.

A super device for fighter games. The button layout fits well with Dead or Alive. It performs well with some other games but lacks natural control in others. The switchability of the stick design is a nice feature that allows you to customize the "ball" to your liking.
