Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: Very good multi-character game. Online play is optional and fun.

Weakness: The game did quit on me unexpectantly, twice, after several hours of gameplay.

I really did like this game. Enough so to order the expansion "Legends of Arana". Save yourself some money and buy both games at the same time. I had about 60 hours of gameplay not including the number of times my party was wiped out and I had to replay.

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: Very good story if you talk to EVERYONE and get all the story insted of walking through a town not knowing what to do. It also had a very good sound-track. Good graphics and very realistic.

Weakness: Pretty poor on online gamming because for MAC users like myself you have to download the Game Ranger software just to play online.

For all of you that said that the story was terrible you all must be on CRACK, because I understood it crystal clear. But then again I did also talk to almost every person and did all of the side missions just to understand it. Over all I would say this game is very good and I waould buy it for everyone to try.

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: Environmental graphics and music are incredible. No load times betw levels. Easy-to-use interface

Weakness: There's no story. Killing monsters over and over gets old after your third or fourth time sitting down to play. Too easy.

Dungeon Siege is just too simple all-around. Hacking 'n' slashing is fun for a while, esp with a game design as lush as this one, but there's no story to sink your teeth into. If you are someone who's never played Baldur's Gate II, Morrowind, or Final Fantasy X, you'll probably be BLOWN AWAY by this game. But really, what make RPGs amazing are when you identify with the characters ... or AT LEAST...

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: Astonishing graphics, excellent soundtrack, amazing character development, excellent story, I could go on forever.

Weakness: Does tend to get boring... but, it always gets more exciting again. Every game is boring sometimes.

I deffinatly do not regret buying this game, I really enjoy it. I admit, it's no "diablo 2" but, it still kicks a$$. My one major gripe regards the multiplayer. I have a wireless network gatway (a router) so my parents lap tops can access the internet wirelessly. It seems that because of this device, I cannot play online at all! Dungeon Siege is the only game I've ever had that does this. I still...

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: This game has many good magical items, few bugs, runs smoothly, it has good music, and the online playing is great.

Weakness: I hate to say it but the game gets boring faster than it should. Playing it online is a lot more fun (as most games are online) but online there is too much lag.

This game is one of those games were you have to play it on line. I've played it off line, but it doesn't come close to the games made only for off line play. The on line is better than I expected, so much so that this is the best free on line roll playing game I have ever played. This game is a must buy.

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: If you like the Diablo2 style of RPG/Action game, this is the ultimate refinement of it. This game blows away all others in the RPG/Action genre.

Weakness: nada

The graphics are spectacular. The interface is refreshingly streamlined and easy to master. The design is both more logical and more enjoyable than Diablo2. This is not a "pure" RPG like Balder's Gate, it has some similarities, but it is more like the Diablo style. It is the most impressive game in this genre I've played to date. The person who reviewed this product with a "one star" rating is...

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: Great graphics, gameplay, Seige Editor will be released to the public for making custom dungeons...

Weakness: None...

Dugeon Seige use powerful technology and good ol' RPG hack and slash to make one hell of a game. This is a great PC action/RPG that give massive battles and quests to players to save the Kingdom of Ehb or the battle it out in the Utrean Penninsula. Just buy it if you are intrested...

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: Awesome environments, 3D, awesome weapons, awesome graphics! No load times (except in the beginning), NO LAG AT ALL!!!!

Weakness: I found no glitches in Dungeon Siege.

This game is well worth the money and if you buy it from Gamespy it is definately worth it. It has a large variety of weapons and armor to keep you suited up all the time, awesome graphics and environments, and one of the main things is that you only have to load it up ONCE in the beginning of play! This has to be the best RPG out there.

Microsoft Dungeon Siege v.1

Strengths: great graphics, lots of magical weapons and equipment

Weakness: tedious gameplay,no story,unbalanced

Dungeon Siege- **1/2 stars This game sucked so many people in with its great graphics.Well after playing the game for a while, the graphics arent good enough to save its awfull gameplay. The dungeons are never-ending and pointless, all you do the whole game is move your characters around and fightand pick up stuff, you dont even need to be playing because the characters fight themselves without you...

Dungeon Siege

This month Peter Cohen looks at several different takes on the action genre -- a modern relative of Dungeons and Dragons, a 3-D romp with a bouncing orb, an homage to top-down- scrolling games of yore, and three variations on classic puzzle games. One thing they have in common is some fast and furious play.

Dungeon Siege

At this point it is pretty safe to say that Chris Taylor is one of the gaming worlds' leading visionaries -- few designers could make the transition from creating a truly groundbreaking real-time strategy franchise and then turn to an epic adventure game. Dungeon Siege, his highly anticipated hack and slash action title, proves that it is still possible to be original even when setting a game in...

Dungeon Siege

The woods are crawling with all manner of beasts – wolves, Cyclops, giant flying insects and little beasties that fire magic at your party. In the crypts and tombs, spiders and giant worms attack in wave after wave. The swamps are infested with swimming and hungry life forms including dragon-like creatures. The Droog erupt from the sands near the Cliffs of Fire with an almost mindless need to...

Dungeon Siege

About two years ago this coming summer, I started my very short trip down the much-hated road by reviewing a small game that very few people cared about called Diablo II. Oh the humanity... hate mail! Hate mail! Yikes. I gave the game a good review too. It just wasn't perfect. But why am I speaking of this in the Dungeon Siege review? Well, because it's a lot like Diablo, that's why. Once again,...
