DRAGONBALL Z

Strengths: Bright graphics, variety of moves, voice-overs are well-done

Weakness: Graphics are blocky

If you´re a DBZ fan you´ll love this game. It has a large variety of the most important characters of the history of the show; and their moves. However if you´re not DBZ fan you´ll find an decent figther game in which energy beams are much stronger than combos. There are a couple of detailed, somewhat small, arenas and a ton of unlockables. Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2

Dragon Ball Z is a phenomenon. The franchise has swept both Japan and America during the course of the last several years and publisher Atari has capitalized on that truth. In 2003, it released the second installment of the popular fighting series Dragon Ball Z Budokai for PlayStation 2 and in late 2004 GameCube owners received an improved port of the title.

Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2

It's pretty safe to say that Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 isn't trying to compete with, say, Soul Calibur 2 or Virtua Fighter 4 in terms of 3D fighting gameplay. No, it just wants to give DBZ fans what they want -- a bunch of fights starring their favorite characters from the anime.
