Strengths: kick-butt graphics, awesome sound, Rob Zombie did it again
Twisted Metal 4 is a masterpiece over TM 1,2, and 3. The reason is because of TM 4's superior gameplay. The specials are perfectly made(along with missles, bombs and WMD) Of course there are other reasons for this, such as the environments.
