Medal of Honor: Rising Sun (Xbox)

Strengths: Action, playabilty. Story.

Weakness: Graphics

This game was an unexpected addition to my game collection. The gameplay was pretty fun. Graphics are a bit outdated compared to most recent games. The game is still fun and challenging.

Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun (Xbox)

Strengths: Multiplayer, good soundtrack

Weakness: Bad enemy AI, short

Medal of Honor: Rising Sun is the next installment in the MoH series, though this time, set in the Pacific theater. It starts out with being at Pearl Harbor and goes forward from there. With Rising Sun, co-op multiplayer is added, though no-online multplayer. The enemy AI isn't very impressive, and the game itself is short. For a FPS game, it's okay.

rising sun

Strengths: good action at times

Weakness: spotty AI

Medal of Honor Rising Sun is one of the many World War Two shooters available for the X box. If you played the previous other versions of the series, then you should be very familiar with this one also. Most of them have been set in Europe, where you fight against the Nazis, but now your new battleground is in the Pacific against Axis Japanese forces. You will journey to such places as the...

Medal of Honor: Rising Sun for Xbox

Strengths: Multiplayer; gorgeous soundtrack; fast gameplay

Weakness: Horrible AI

Medal of Honor: Rising Sun is the second entry in the Medal of Honor series for the Xbox and, unfortunately, I must say that it is a step backwards from Medal of Honor: Frontline. The only significant improvement that this game has over its predecessor is the multiplayer capability. You can finally go through the missions co-op with your buddies. This game, much like any of the other Medal of...

Sunk in the action!!

Strengths: Great controls, and realism.

Weakness: Gets to be repetitive.

MOH: Rising Sun opens your eyes to some of the greatest battles that changed America. The realities of war are thrown at you non-stop and give you a sense power and helpless abandonment all while grazing bullets keep you grounded. The missions are fun but the gameplay becomes very repetitive after a few hours. You will still enjoy this great adventure thru time and war. Have fun!!

Another great addition to the "Medal Of Honor"...

Strengths: Excellent graphics, sounds and music. Excellent gameplay mechanics and controls.

Weakness: Well, it's yet 'another' "Medal Of Honor" game, but at least it's not a generic game. The producers actually care about this franchise.

If you've played any of the "Medal Of Honor" games, then you're probably going to know exactly what to expect from "MOH: Rising Sun". Of course, since this game takes place during WWII, you can definitely expect to see some era-specific visuals and weaponry to make an appearance in this game. Like the previous Medal Of Honor games, you take on the role of a lone soldier who is out to make a...

Awesome WW2 Game.The Best!!!!!!!!!!!

Strengths: Great realism.Awesome action.Amazing assortment of guns used from World War 2.2 Player Co-op is amazing.

Weakness: Sometimes there is a bit rate slowdown. But it only happened twice throughout the whole game.

This game is great. It has awesome graphics and great thx sound. The bullets sound like they are bouncing off of the walls. The game starts out at at Pearl harbor in one of the most amazing opening sequences to a game. The game takes you all over Japan and other parts of Europe. The best part about it is you can beat the game with a co-op player. And not to forget multi player mode. Its full of weapons...

Electronic Arts Medal of Honor Rising Sun

Strengths: the soundtrack is pretty good

Weakness: everything

lame graphics, lame motion, lame gameplay, and most of all, lame handling, I mean....just horrible. In general, its a lame game. My brother wasted $20 on this game, don't buy it.

Electronic Arts Medal of Honor Rising Sun

Strengths: Positive points is the premise that it follows. From past games, it has a bar to meet, and recreating a large part of history is something this game does... in a sense(explained in weaknesses section)

Weakness: If this game was supposed to have been epic, I must not have caught wind of it when I beat the game within an hour. Furthermore, I had to push myself to continue with this stiff action.

PS2 textures with very little variation between this title and MOH2. Example: The jungle romp in MOH2 was hardly an achievement, being that you couldn't find your way around unless you were hugging the walls to say where the "rails" that we were on would take us next. In MOH:Rising Sun, you knew where you were going, but why would you want to continue going when you felt know pleasure in what you...

Medal of Honor Rising Sun

The uncomfortable hammock sways serenely as you half doze and half listen the voices of the Andrew Sisters and your bunk mates who brag about their girl that waits for them back home. Suddenly, without any warning, the entire ship jolts violently to the point that you are tossed out of your hammock and on to the cold floor of the USS Arizona. An explosion rings in your ears and the soft voices of...

MedalHonor Rising Sun

Every year, Electronic Arts likes to make sure its key franchises are given a fresh coat of paint, are marketed proficiently, and sent on their merry way, and this year's eighth return to World War II is no different. Medal of Honor: Rising Sun is a cookie-cutter, linear romp through the sweatier, jungle-infested portions of the Pacific conflict that's sure to almost satisfy fans of the series,...

MedalHonor Rising Sun

World War II came and went and I'll bet you never noticed because, like me, you weren't even close to being born yet. Reduced to catching black and white war movies on late-night TV, the war is a distant non-memory. In their Medal of Honor series, EA has been bringing history to life with their historically accurate first-person shooters. After doing plenty of damage in Europe, EA brings the...
