PlanetSide Core Combat

Sony's PlanetSide was the first major game of its kind: a massively multiplayer first-person shooter. EverQuest meets Quake, if you will. The game offered a persistent world and large-scale battles both in the air and on the ground. And now, with a new expansion, you can add underground to that list. PlanetSide: Core Combat

Planetside has a new expansion called Core Combat. This add-on will set you back about 25 bucks but will give you a load of new features that will have any Planetside fan drooling over their keyboard. PlanetSide Core Combat

PlanetSide was and is an ambitious achievement. An online first-person shooter on a huge, persistent-world scale. It was not without some teething problems, however. As much of a blast as it was to play, PS was riddled with bugs, lag and instability.
