Vivendi Universal Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising

Strengths: Realism, vast selection of weapons and vehicles, very dynamic game play, great maps, supports an immense number of players, excellent terrain detail.

Weakness: Somewhat Graphic and bandwidth itensive.

This game is excellent. Very, very impressive. Novalogic worked long and hard on this one. Buy it, you won't regret it. FYI, the demo is cool, but not nearly as good as the full version.

Vivendi Universal Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising

Strengths: Playing against human intelligence is more realistic and difficult than computer AI. Keyboard commands cover all types of movement and communication.

Weakness: Sometimes there is some lag during peak internet times.

I havn't played anything else the past month and I play whenever I get a chance. If you play the same map 20 times it will be different each time.

Joint Operations Typhoon Rising

Once you've played Planetside, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Battlefield: Vietnam, it's hard to imagine epic scale, multiplayer, team-based first-person shooters with vehicles have much left to offer. So when Novalogic politely coughs, raises a finger, and offers something called Joint Operations, the inclination is...
