Strengths: I have played some good first person shooter, but Medal of Honor : Allied Assault is one of the best, by far. only just beats Half Life!
Weakness: None... this game runs pretty well on systems which arent up to the task of playing most!
Very Addictive and a lot of fun! Some of the finest first person shooter graphics i have seen in a long while. Once i started this game, i was unable to put it down, kept me going for a nice while! I enjoyed the diffrent location, my favorite was Omaha Beach! Well Done EA, keep it up!

Strengths: Cool graphics, good story, immersing gameplay, great music, cool weapons, sound FX and character audio great, great locations and 3D atmosphere (a must see with eDimensional 3D glasses!!!)
Weakness: AI could be a little better, levels could be a little more complex, game is too addicting (hehe)
This is a great first person shooter game! A lot of fun. One of my new favorites! The graphics are pretty great, akin to Quake 3 (same engine). The environments are great and I like the fact that the gameplay is very straightforward. You don't have to go hunting for a million hidden secrets, just work on your objective and have fun. The storming of Omaha Beach is amazing! This is like being in a movie.
Another review on here I read mentioned that it wasn't as challenging as Return To Castle Wolfenstein in terms of ease and length of time to complete the levels. On this I will probably have to agree (to a certain extent), but it is still enormously fun! Plus, Wolfenstein has a "darker" feel to it than this game. All in all, I think Allied Assault is great fun.
For those of you that have played the game through and are now bored, I highly recommend you pick up a set of eDimensional's E-D (3D) glasses!!! They run about $69 bucks and will add a depth and realism to the game that is just amazing!!! Yes, true, eye-popping 3-D! You have got to see this game in true 3-D (especially the run on Omaha Beach!!! Oh wow!!! You will just feel like you are right there). It will blow your frickin' mind!
I do like games that require strategy and have complex AI, however sometimes it's fun to just load and frag! If you don't like games that require a lot of complex objectives and finding hidden secrets but just want to get to it, this is the game for you.

Strengths: The weopons are good and it is also good that you actually fight with your own allied forces which is better than fighting on your own all the time.
Weakness: It is a good game but I have only been playing it for 5 hours and almost completed it.
When i brought this game home i was really exited about playing it, but when i installed it i wasn't that impressed of the amount of graphics. People don't run like apes in real life but they do in MOHAA. I want there to be an expansion pack because overall it is a great game and it is only a few things that are wrong with it. The game was a bit expensive and I hope that the expansion pack (if there is one) to be a bit cheaper as i cannot afford £35 every time one comes out. If it was cheaper more people would buy it, I can guarantee it.

Strengths: Wonderful graphics. Great multiplayer. I love this game.
Weakness: none at all.
This game was awesome with singleplayer. When I played multi I found out this is one of the best pc games ever. I advise anyone to buy this game and play multi.

Strengths: Good storyline, above average graphics, decent AI.
Weakness: Graphics could be better, AI could definately improve, the levels/missions could stand to be more complex.
I haven't finished this game yet but I'm enjoying every minute of it. Like I said above, I wish the levels were more complex and difficult. You can make the game more interesting buy increasing the difficulty level, but all the same I wish it was a harder game. The AI is all right, but it should definately have been a lot better.

For me, this game was fantastic! I felt like I was actually IN WW2. Most of the objectives were obvious as the game kind of moves you in the direction you have to go. You can't just wander around. This helps those who don't want to figure out where to go or to find secret buttons, doors or levers. The missions are varied and even the voice acting is first rate. ( when have we ever seen this?) Background music adds to the "feel" of the game.
Weapons are very cool and you get to carry more than U actually would in real combat. You also get to drive a big arse tank in one mission and man the machine gun mounted on a jeep as you destroy an airfield. The landing at Normandy is almost exactly like the opening scene in "Saving Private Ryan" and was real hell to get ashore alive.
A few missions are really hard so I advise you to save the game A LOT in these missions. You WILL be able to complete them.
I used a GF2 GTS and Pent 866 and was able to play at 800X 600 with the detail options turned on about 1/2 way. If your system is slower than this it's gonna be a bit choppy. I liked the game so much that I upgraded to a GF4 4200 and AMD 1800 and was able to play with all detail levels at the highest settings at 1024 X 760. It looked great!
I am hoping for an expansion pack AND a Medal of Honor "Pacific War" based of the battles with Japan.

Strengths: its strengths is that the weapon models are very good and the maps are great. Gameplay is really good.
Weakness: it lacks AI inteligance. also in multiplayer your weapons arent very affective. they should be alot more affective.
This game i would have to say is one of the top games out there for now. i did think it took a lot of people from another best seller RTCW. It'll last gamers along time playing this game. if you like WWII youll like playing this as the Axis and Allies go into a all out war battle.

This game is without a doubt great, but it does lack in the missions area. Beach head of course is great, but most of the maps are narrow and too directed; e.g can only take the roads and narrow pathways. Also, the multiplayer is not smooth at all. I had a very hard time finding a server that gave average frame rates. Another downfall to the game is that it only took 4 hours to finish it. I feel the game could have had more depth and it would have been cool to be able to choose which side you wanted to be for the missions. Maybe in a part two, like Half-Life Opposing Force. Great job though

Strengths: Incredible graphics, unbeleivable sound, great stoyline, unlike anything I have ever seen before, when youre playing medal of honor:allied assault, you get sucked into the game...
Weakness: Come on, were not little kids ya know, thers just no blood or gore, needs more reality in that issue, needs improvement in multiplayer, seems, dull, but overall it is a great singleplayer experience!
First level really shows off what the whole game is like, action packed, full of suspence and mystery, just an awesome game, theres always expansions comming out, so for those with a 56k or lower dont have to worry about about playing the same missions over and over.
One of the best games in its genre...

Strengths: great graphics, single player, multiplayer, everything
Weakness: none unless your a cry baby with dial up
Single player is great!!! Very exciting and can be adicting. Multiplayer is even more fun, as long as you have cable or DSL. If you have dial-up don't even try multiplayer because you will get kicked out of servers because you lag it. Great Game!

I have owned this game for a little over two months. I did read other reviews prior to purchasing. The graphics are great and the game is very addicting and frustrating at times. I had read past reviews with people going through it in days or a week, my question to them is why don't you try the hardest level and adjust limit the lighting. I started this game and have yet to finish it... NO I do not play every day, but I know at the highest level there are very limited first aid kits and never ending enemies to kill. My suggestion for anyone purchasing or owning, make it more challenging by playing on the hardest setting. Great Game and I would reccomend to friends and family.

Strengths: Fun to play on one player... Multiplayer blows.
Weakness: Mommy!!! I want more Omaha Beach!!! WANHANAHNA!!!
This game was fun to an extent. It's almost like a party... The extreme fun while you play it, but when it's all said and done (Which it is done fairly quickly) You are left in the cold and hopefully you still have money left over to buy a new game. Multiplayer isn't worth it at all. The lag is in the extreme and after a while, the game failed on me and the multiplayer wouldn't even work anymore. About the above comment...(The one about having any money left to buy a new game)... This game is (was) expensive when I bought it. So hopefully you are rich.

Weakness: Not much teamplay. No game modes that you can just fight like Battlefield 1942.
I know I've already written a review for this game, but I can not tell you in words how good this game is. I have had this game for a year and I still play it. This is a very adicting game. Anyone will like this game if they like fps's.

WAS EXPECTING THIS GAME TO BE BETTER THAN WOLFENSTEIN RETURN TO CASTLE, BUT WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED. WOLFENSTEIN TOOK ME THREE WEEKS OF LONG NIGHTS TO FINISH, FLEW THRU MEDAL OF HONOR IN LESS THAN A WEEK.

Remember Raiders of the Lost Ark? If you can, try to imagine that Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones wasn't a fancy professor or archeologist, but instead a special infantry soldier serving his army during WWII. Now imagine a game surrounding his various adventures throughout wartime Europe -- an exciting retelling of his missions, retaining that same cinematic feel.
1942 is a dangerous time in Europe, the Nazi's are everywhere. As a covert operative, it is your job to disrupt communications, destroy enemy supplies and vehicles, cause general havoc, and take out as many of the enemy as you can. Sometimes this task requires a blazing submachine gun, or a well placed explosive device, and sometimes it requires a good disguise and forged ID papers, either way,...
Although the Second World War has long been a steady source of inspiration and imagination, the renaissance of WWII in the popular imagination is in full swing. Stephen Ambrose and Saving Private Ryan have done quite a bit to sustain the momentum generated by the fiftieth anniversary celebrations held during the last decade. The latest addition to the catalog is EA's Medal of Honor: Allied...
