Game Pad

Strengths: Easy to hold. Batteries last longer than my last wireless controller.

Weakness: A little big.

Best ever controller. Its strengths far outweight its weakness. Controls spaced evenly making it easy to use. I certainly advise anyone looking for a wireless to purchase this one. Awesome!

Game Pad

Strengths: It works, I guess. That's more than you can say about some wireless controllers.

Weakness: Concave thumbsticks don't allow a comfortable feel. I experienced a significant amount of lag relatively frequently (1 second of lag every 45 minutes of play lasting about 4-5 minutes).

I recommend buying the newer version of the product. The older version (this product I bought) is too uncomfortable to use and it just sits in the corner because I went right out and bought the newer one. The newer version would get 5 stars from me. It has very good performance overall, though I do experience a little lag with it as well.

If you get a Logitech controller, make sure you get the newer model. Look for thumbsticks with a convex surface. It will be smaller overall, too, and have a more comfortable layout of the buttons and grips.

CAREFUL: the picture is of the newer model, but it's definitely not the one I got. I recommend going to a local store and looking over the newer model (again, look for thumbstick surfaces that bubble outward, that's the best identifying feature), then compare the specific model numbers to make sure you get the right version.

Weakness: Battery Powered, how else would it work though?!

It's friggin great. I love not being tangled by wires, my tv is about 30 feet away so it's super hard to pull out the ps2 all the time it's excellent in my opinion. Rock on!

Game Pad

Strengths: THE BATERIES WORK FOR A LONG TIME EVEN WITH VIBRATION ON

Weakness: NONE I COULD THINK OF

THIS IS AN AWSOME WIRELESS CONTROLLER. IT IS A PRETTY LIGHT CONTROLLER AND HAS A GOOD RANGE OF THIRTY FEET. IT IS KINDA WORTHLESS TO HAVE THAT LONG OF A RANGE BEACUASE YOU CANT SEE THE SCREEN FROM THERE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY AN WIRELESS CONTROLLER, THIS IS A GRREET ONE

Game Pad

Strengths: No cords to interfere with your game playing.

Weakness: Product failed a couple of days after i received it.

While the controller did work as advertised, it quickly went bad after that.
A visit to Logitech's website proved that I was not the only one experiencing a problem with the analog sticks.
After a call to Logitech's support line, they replaced the defective one with the newer model which is smaller and uses only 2 AA batteries.
I suggest getting the newer model instead of this one.

Game Pad

Strengths: Logitech Warranty

Weakness: Old Model

I got two of these, one worked , one DOA. I swithed the batteries and still the one was dead, switched batteries back and then neither one of them worked. The packages where factory sealed...but they are not the current model. Logitech promptly replaced both units for free, after I faxed them the invoice, was told that the units are outdated. The two new units are fantastic my children love the freedom of no cords, which my four year old would trip over, which caused the 8 year old to cry as the unit would fall.....get the idea?

Game Pad

Strengths: no cord

Weakness: a little touchy

I am very pleased to have purchased this product and would definitely buy it again. Not having a cord is a wonderful convenience when you have children who are constantly tripping over the cord or jerking the plug out of the Playstation. Plus, you can store the controller out of their reach, which is also very nice. My only complaint is that the joystick seems to be a little hyper sensitive, so it takes a lot of getting used to and movement can be pretty jerky.

Game Pad

Strengths: It works with PS2 and PS1.

Weakness: It is heavy, the buttons are hard to find, there is lag, and it responds slowly, and sometimes controlls itself.

This controller is heavy because it has for batteries in it. The buttons are the same material as the controller, so you can't really feel them. There is sometimes lag during game play. Finally, it controlls it self sometimes and then screws up the game you are playing. I would not recommend this product to anyone, except those with very large hands, because this controller is BIG.
