Strengths: Defense, defense, defense. Hit stick is it! Try and run the ball. 2003 I ran all over the place. 2005, um, well.... On-line play!!!!
Weakness: Did I mention running the ball is HARD. Kind of like what I would imagine it would be like in the NFL.
I have been playing Madden since day 1. 2005 offers a new Franchise mode that I will enjoy for a very long time. You can also import the draft class from NCAA College Football 2005. Madden hit one out with this offering and I am pleased. Hope to see you on the field, ON-LINE.

There's a battle afoot on the gridiron, as two fearsome competitors fight it out in the trenches. No, they're not trying to get precious yards for a first down or a hail mary into the end zone, they're duking it out to get your hard earned money. In order to celebrate 15 years of football glory, EA has blessed PlayStation gamers with Madden NFL 2005 Collector's Edition. Not only is Madden 2005 the best Madden yet, the collector's edition features an amazingly generous serving of special features, all for only $10 more than the stand-alone version of Madden NFL 2005.
In one year, EA Sports has done more to right the wrongs of Maddens gameplay past than in any time in the illustrious series' history. Play Madden NFL 2005 once, and you might notice the big hits and how aware all of the defenders are on the gridiron. Play it five times and you'll realize how defensive hot routes completely even out the field and that for the first time, maybe in any football...
