EA Games The Sims

Strengths: Everything!!!

Weakness: Nothing!!!!

The best Sims game ever!! Very simular to the computer game but some changes. When you go to buy mode, some items are locked (usally the good items) and the only way to unlock them is to go to Get A Life Mode. In get a life mode, you can only make one sim. After that, you start off in a mansion. Suddenly, a girl will appear. Get in the hot tub with the girl and you wake up in your mom's house. To unlock items, you have to complete goals (cook with out starting a fire, fixing the TV, ext.) for your mom. When you get enough money (just sell all the useless items in the house) you can move out and an icon on the Main Menu will appear called Play The Sims. This is where it is like the computer game.

EA Games The Sims

Strengths: ok graphics, quite a good create-a-sim.

Weakness: Very dark, not great graphics, only able to build houses on one story.

This game is ok, but I would definitely not buy it again. Unless you have cheat codes, you have to complete 'get a life' before you can do anything. The two player is very over-rated, there are just games that you can play, like who can pull the most people in three minutes. Over-all, it's not a very good conversion, as the sims has so many features that it's only very good on the pc.

The Sims

No more reticulating splines or hyperventilating the children (or is that hyperactivating the children?). Though not quite basic fare, The Sims, a PlayStation2 release from Maxis and Electronic Arts, takes the core game back to the beginning, and introduces the phenomenal simulation to a new platform and likely a new fan base. Paul has a problem. He lives with his mother, has little money and no...
