World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International

Strengths: This edition of Winning Eleven feels and plays a lot like the real soccer game.

Weakness: The only real disappointment is the lack of online play, which is, by the way, available in FIFA.

Winning Eleven 7 International is certainly worth a purchase; the gameplay alone is magnificent. The visuals have improved greatly, and the sound is excellent. No longer are the menus confusing like in WE6, and I’d have to say that this version is completely user-friendly

World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International

Strengths: - Realistic moves - Graphics, excellent player models, stadiums - Editor mode, teams, players

Weakness: - Only 90% of the players on the game are real - No online play

Alright first of all, if you don't like the strategy involved in soccer, I really wouldn't recommend this game at all, it's about soccer, not arcade soccer but the game of soccer. The game allows anyone to decide hundreds of mixes of strategies and tactics!!

The only major downside is the fact that for those people who need to see every person from the world of soccer in this game you'll be upset because a good number of the names are made up, but you can edit the teams to their real counterparts and edit existing players!
So the game may not have the expensive license FIFA has, it is still the better game for soccer purists because of the awesome gameplay.

World Soccer Winning Eleven 7

Let’s cut straight to the chase – Winning Eleven 7 International is the best soccer game on the market. Period. The others may aspire to the cup, but this game, from Konami for the PlayStation2 console system, has every nuance of the world-class game down. From offside traps to errant handballs in the box, WE7 is a wonder to watch and even more fun to play. While the game does not sport...

World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International (ps2)

Soccer is the most difficult sport to re-create in video-game form, because it has such a unique rhythm. It's not stop-and-go like American football, it doesn't have a central confrontation like baseball, and it's not relentlessly fast-paced like basketball. It's a free-flowing and organic sport in which ball control is the most important skill, in which a single juke move can blossom into a...

World Soccer Winning Eleven 7 International (ps2)

For the past seven an intense rivalry has continually sparked soccer fans worldwide to debate which of their favorite soccer games is better, Konami's Winning Eleven series or Electronic Arts' FIFA franchise. Much like the controversial Al Gore-George W. Bush election of 2000, where Gore won the popular vote and Bush won the judges' over , Konami year-in and year-out owns the purist's, or popular...
